You discover and test new ways of customer service to make processes more efficient.

You are the ambassador of our users: You document and analyze the feedback from the campers and pass it internally. In this way, you help to ensure that the interests of our users are incorporated into strategic company decisions.

You are supporting initiatives to gather specific user feedback on their expectations and behavior.

You are a customer-first thinker and customer satisfaction through solution-oriented actions is your top priority.

You have first experiences within a customer  support environment.

You speak Dutch on a native level and have good language skills in English and/or German in written and spoken form.

Ideally, you are a camping fan yourself and are familiar with it.
