Your responsibilities in detail:
Online Bookability: Develop and execute sourcing and partnership strategies across campsites, chains, and suppliers to maximize bookable supply, optimize margins, and ensure a competitive edge.
Media & Advertising Sales: Expand and professionalize our media revenue streams in close collaboration with external sales agencies, balancing advertising growth with our online booking model.
Business Development & New Revenue: Identify and launch new B2B business opportunities and partnerships that strengthen our marketplace and create additional revenue drivers.
Strategy & Growth: Define and implement the strategy for the Supply Tribe, translating it into measurable OKRs for revenue, partner satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Be accountable for the entire revenue area in P&L.
Leadership & Team Development: Lead three squads (Sales & Account Management, Connectivity/API Integrations, Campsite Content). Inspire, coach, and develop squad leads for autonomy, ownership, and collaboration across functions. Build a high-performance culture focused on data, results, and continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, Tech, BI, and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment across the organization.
